When will my order arrive?

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, our government has issued a Shelter-in-Place order effective Friday, April 3 at 6:00 PM EST through Monday, April 13, at 11:59 PM EST.In keeping with this order, we will operate in a limited capacity with a small team on-site, and the rest of our staff working remotely. We will continue to do our best to ensure timely delivery of your orders under the circumstances and to work through the high volume of requests. You can still continue to shop, but be aware of the following adjustments to our services: 1 to 4 business days to process pre-built, ready to ship controller orders
4 to 6 weeks to process and build custom controller orders
